Indus Hospital & Health Network, a leading institution dedicated to providing quality healthcare, invites applications from dynamic and qualified professionals to join its Education & Training Department, Quality and Monitoring Directorate, and Laboratory Sections.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a network renowned for its commitment to excellence, evidenced by its accreditations from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB) for its Laboratory and Blood Center. We are also collaborating with the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) to operate our pioneering Associate Degree in Blood Transfusion Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Education (Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Services)

BS in Biological Sciences along with a postgraduate qualification in Educational Leadership & Management, and have 5-6 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates with an international educational background are strongly encouraged to apply

Ensure academic quality assurance, data reporting, and compliance with institutional and HEC standards. Oversee academic planning, program implementation, and performance evaluation. Support faculty development and staff capacity-building initiatives. Coordinate academic operations and promote student engagement.

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Training (Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Services)

BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience

Develop and implement academic and training modules and materials for students and staff across the IHHN-BTS network. Manage day-to-day departmental operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Ensure optimal management of financial and material resources to achieve departmental targets and maintain accreditation readiness. Contribute to internal quality assurance processes, including standardized record-keeping, trainees' performance, and continuous improvement activities.

Senior Officer (Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Services)

BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience

Design, implement, and monitor training for laboratory & Blood Center staff. Liaise with the Quality Monitoring Department (QMD) to coordinate and track staff competencies. Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and coordinated functioning. Play an active role in enhancing technical expertise and promoting continuous learning among laboratory professionals and students. Be part of a CAP-accredited clinical laboratory & AABB Accredited Blood Center committed to excellence, innovation, and quality.

Deputy Manager (Clinical Laboratory)

BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience

Manage all daily laboratory operations, ensuring high standards for quality control and testing accuracy. Recruit, supervise and train technical/admin personnel. Assist the manager with costing, budgeting, equipment/supplies procurement, and implementing new testing methodologies.

Assistant Manager (Quality & Monitoring Directorate)

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related discipline. With a minimum of 4-6 years of experience. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 15189, CAP) is preferred

Strong understanding of ISO 15189, CAP accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements for clinical laboratories. Proficient in QMS documentation, data analysis, risk management, and nonconformance investigations. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Leadership ability to guide quality teams, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within laboratory operations.

Technologist (Hematology & Microbiology)

BS-MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) Fresh - 2 years of experience

Conduct diagnostic tests to support patient care. Maintain lab instruments and follow safety guidelines. Process and analyze samples with accuracy. Work closely with doctors and lab staff for reliable results.

Phlebotomist (Clinical Laboratory)

Matriculation, preferably Intermediate, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience

Collect and label blood and specimen samples. Ensure accurate patient identification. Support lab operations and specimen processing.
