HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES-KARACHI
The position will report to the COO / Secretary.
The Head of HR will lead ICAP's human capital strategy, aligning HR functions with the Institute's mission. This role will drive transformation, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with global HR standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with ICAP's strategic goals.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, performance, and compliance.
- Champion employee engagement, diversity, and wellbeing.
- Implement HR technologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Advise leadership on workforce trends and strategic planning.
- Ensure legal compliance and ethical HR practices.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration related field, or CA Finalist.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience in professional services, education, or regulatory bodies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, analytics, and global HR trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through the selection process of ICAP.
