MANAGER FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS - KARACHI
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to create comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with the ICAP's goals and work closely with stakeholders to assess needs and provide financial insights that inform budget decisions;
Continuously track financial performance against established KPIs and benchmarks;
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost optimization;
Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver insightful reports that facilitate decision-making and strategic planning;
Support the Finance team in its digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing new tools, processes, and systems; and
Contribute to streamlining financial workflows and ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member), preferably with a working experience in FP&A in an ERP environment.
Must be proficient in MS Office, AI savvy and possess good analytical and management skills.
