The hard Copy of the online application form along with the updated CV, duly attested photocopies of all DMCs/transcripts, Degrees, Certificates, Distinction Certificates (Gold medal, if any), CNIC, Experience Certificates detail of research publications in HEC recognized journals, detail of completed research projects as Principal Investigator (PI)/Co Principal Investigator (Co-PI) (for Sr. #1 only), one passport size photographs and with a challan form/payment deposit slip (non-refundable Rs. 4,000/- for serial No. 1, Rs. 3,000/- for serial No. 2, 3 & 4 and Rs. 1500/- for serial No. 5 & 6) shall reach the Registrar/Establishment Section of the Institute in sealed envelope (with the position applied for clearly mentioned on the envelope) on or before Thursday, August 8, 2024 at the address given below.
Note: Submission of both online and hard copy of the application is mandatory. In case either of the two is missing, the application will not be entertained.
Other Conditions:
(1) All appointments shall be made in accordance with the IMSciences HR Rules-2019. (2) Candidate must not have 3rd division throughout his/her academic career, for the faculty positions. (3) Other parameters communicated by the HEC from time to time will also be considered for the faculty appointments.
(4) The candidate currently serving in government, semi- government and autonomous institutions must apply through proper channel. (5) Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC
. (6) Candidate applying for more than one position shall deposit a separate fee challan and upload it against the relevant application.
(7) Information claimed in the online application form will be treated as final, subsequent claims of academic details, academic distinction, experience, etc earlier not given in online application form, shall not be accepted.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and/or interview. Incomplete application and/or received after due date will not be considered.
