- Applicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully before submission of application.
- 1. Applicants must apply on the prescribed application form available on the Institute
- website: www.ipt.edu.pkOR can be obtained from the office of the Admin Officer, Institute
- of Petroleum Technology-Karak.
- 2. The detailed Bio-data and attested/verified copies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Post
- Qualification Experience certificates, Training/Certifications, Domicile, CNIC & 02 passport
- size photographs to be sent through courier before closing date of application.
- 3. In case of foreign degree holder, the equivalency certificate from HEC must be provided at
- the time of apply.
- 4. Complete applications should reach on address given below within 15 days from date of
- advertisement. Applications received after due date, Incomplete, by hand shall not be
- considered.
- 5. Application processing fee (Non-Refundable) of Rs.3,000/- for BPS-18 and Rs.2,000/- for BPS-17 shall be deposited in any branch of Bank of Khyber in Account No. 2009094353,
- Branch (0049) or can be deposited in the form of Bank Draft in favor of Project Director,
- Institute of Petroleum Technology, Karak.
- 6. The original fee deposit slip/Demand Draft must be attached with the application form.
- 7. Employees of Government, Semi Government department are directed to apply through proper channel.
- 8. The applicant's maximum age given above shall be calculated as at closing date.
- 9. Shortlisting shall be carried out in accordance to the Project Policy. Only shortlisted
- candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA is permissible.
- 10. The appointment on these positions is purely on merit & Project staff contract basis at Karak.
- 11. The competent authority reserves the right to increase decrease or cancel the
- advertisement process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- 12. The appointments shall be made in accordance with approved PC-I/Project Policy (Salary &
- Perks) and availability of funds.
- 13. Use separate envelope and fee deposit slip for each position. Title of post should be clearly
- mentioned on the top right corner of envelope.
- 14. Error & Omissions, if any will be subject to rectification by the institute.
