VACANT POSTS

Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant posts in the Irrigation Department, according to the qualification and experience specified against the said posts, within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.

General Instructions

1. Applicants who hold a domicile of the concerned above-mentioned districts and meet the following conditions should apply for the above-mentioned posts through the Sindh Job Portal:
2. Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of the Graduation Category conducted by the IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and hold its certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the above-mentioned posts.
3. The age of the applicants will be counted from the date of submission of the application, as presented under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024. However, the upper age limit relaxation will be five years as presented in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
4. The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment will be adhered to according to the law/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
5. Applicants who are already in service must obtain an NOC from their concerned department before submitting the application and bring the original NOC at the time of the interview before the departmental selection committee.
6. Applicants will have to appear before the departmental selection committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
7. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
