(i) Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40 marks and must possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said posts.
(ii) The age of the applicants will be calculated according to Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, as of the last date of submission of the application. However, a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be granted under the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department's notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
(iii) Compliance with and adherence to the share of quotas reserved for initial appointments will be ensured according to the laws/rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(iv) Government servants already in service must obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the Departmental Selection Committee.
(v) Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 and under the contents of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973.
(vi) Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for the interview according to the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(vii) TA/DA will not be applicable for the interview.
