Applicants who meet the following conditions must apply for the above positions on the Government of Sindh's job portal:.
(i) Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test for Matriculation Category conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum of 40 marks and possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the said positions.
(ii) The age of such applicants who applied before the enforcement of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, dated October 16, 2021, shall be counted from the last date of submission of application, i.e., 30-11-2021. However, these candidates will be given a relaxation of 15 years who applied after the enforcement of the above rule, and age will be calculated from 12-05-2025, as clarified in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department's notification (SOII(S&GACD)564/2011 (Part-II)) dated December 2, 2025.
(iii) The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment shall be followed according to the Government of Sindh's laws/rules/policy.
(iv) Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview to submit before the departmental selection committee.
(v) Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26-04-2023 under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and its rules amended from time to time.
(vi) Applicants should appear before the departmental selection committee with original documents for the interview as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(vii) TA/DA will not be applicable for the interview.
