TERMS & CONDITIONS 2. Selected assessor(s) will be trained on standards before embarking on the assignment.

3. Reference manuals of MSDS are available on the IHRA website (www.ihra.gov.pk).

4. CV along with attested copies of National Identity Card, educational and experience Certificates shall be sent through registered post/courier service to the authority on the given address.

5. Envelope should be clearly marked on the top right-hand comer with the title of category applied for.

6. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.

7. Applications shall remain open throughout the year, however, for the initial phase, these shall beaccepted only till 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

8. No retainership fee shall be paid to the selected candidates, and they shall remain on the IHRA Panel for a period of one year, which can be extended for another term subject to the approval of the IHRA Board.

9. Their services may be hired on as and when required basis or as per the directives of theIHRA Board, issued from time to time.
