General Instructions:

• Applicants must submit application forms along with attested copies of CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, educational testimonials, experience certificates, and the original bank receipt by March 14, 2025, to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Meetings).
• Applicants must deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 for positions at S.No. 01 & 02 and Rs. 2000 for S.No. 3 at any UBL online branch, Account MCA No.231098405, Code No.54, titled: Job Application Fee.
• Candidates at S.No. 01 & 02 must submit:
• Four copies of their complete CV/Biodata.
• Four copies of lists detailing required research publications.
• Four sets of reprints of the publications.
• Extra publications, if any, listed separately.
• A CGPA less than 3.00 out of 4.00 is considered a 2nd Division.
• In-service candidates should apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate.
• Applicants with foreign degrees must provide an HEC Equivalence certificate.
• New recruitments will be under the CP Fund scheme; however, existing regular employees under the Pension Scheme will continue under the same unless they choose to switch to the CP Fund Scheme.
