- Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Government of Punjab has announced new employment opportunities across Punjab Province. This notification is titled Health Department Punjab Announced 200+ Vacancies for LHV and Pediatricians.
- P&SHD Punjab is implementing the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project with the financial assistance of the World Bank. The project is hiring applications for the appointment of Lady Health Visitors and Pediatricians.
- A total of 207 vacancies for Lady Health Visitors and 15 for Pediatricians are opening. These employment opportunities are opening in District Headquarters Hospitals DHQs and Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals THQs.
- These vacancies are based in Rahim Yar Khan, Khushab, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Lodhran, Mianwali, and Dera Ghazi Khan.
- The posts of Lady Health Visitors require Valid Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council PNC after FSc Pre-Medical. The appointment will be according to the existing Contract Appointment Policy 2022 of the Government of Punjab.
- Pediatricians posts require applications from MBBS/MD with FCPS pediatrics or MRCP or other equivalent qualifications. Candidates holding MBBS with postgraduate qualifications like MCPS with one-year postgraduate experience in the relevant subject in a recognized institute before and after graduation may apply also apply.
