Positions Scope of Work Eligibility Criteria
Director Strategic Planning and Technology (Pay Scale 19) The Director, Strategic Planning and Technology will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy. This involves overseeing the design of K.M.U's website, portals, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all digital platforms are user-friendly, accessible, and secure. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven strategy to enhance decision-making and resource allocation. The candidate will also be responsible for procurement of IT hardware, software, and other digital platforms, ensuring a smooth transition to a fully digital environment. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust Cybersecurity framework to protect K.M.U's digital assets. The position reports to the V.C. and will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the Digital Transformation Strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support to all K.M.U's staff and students. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust framework for managing all IT projects. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from HEC recognized university.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and implementing IT projects.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong experience in project management, software development, and database management.
Strong experience in Cybersecurity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Director I.T. & E-Governance (Pay Scale 19) The Director, I.T. & E-Governance will lead the development and implementation of the I.T. strategy for the university. They will be responsible for managing all I.T. infrastructure, including network and server administration, hardware, software, and security. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing E-Governance solutions for the university, including online admissions, student registration, and examination systems. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical support to all I.T. staff and students. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust cybersecurity framework to protect K.M.U's digital assets. The position reports to the V.C. and will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the I.T. strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all I.T. projects. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from HEC recognized university.

Director HR (Pay Scale 19) The Director HR will lead the development and implementation of the HR strategy for the university. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for providing HR support to all K.M.U's staff and students. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust performance management system. The position reports to the V.C. and will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the HR strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all HR projects. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field from HEC recognized university.

Director Finance (Pay Scale 19) The Director Finance will lead the development and implementation of the financial strategy for the university. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance, including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for providing financial support to all K.M.U's staff and students. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust financial management system. The position reports to the V.C. and will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the financial strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all financial projects. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Finance, Business Administration or a related field from HEC recognized university.

Director Marketing & Communication (Pay Scale 19) The Director Marketing & Communication will lead the development and implementation of the marketing and communication strategy for the university. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including branding, advertising, and public relations. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and implementing communication policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all communications. The candidate will also be responsible for providing marketing and communication support to all K.M.U's staff and students. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust marketing and communication system. The position reports to the V.C. and will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the marketing and communication strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for managing all marketing and communication projects. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from HEC recognized university.

The candidate will also be responsible for providing admissions support to all K.M.U's staff and students.
