Qualifications
Category-1: Eminent academician and distinguished Medical Professional, qualified as full Professor as per HEC criteria (Medical Sciences), having not less than postgraduate fellowship or Ph.D in the medical field or equivalent from HEC/PMDC recognized University/Institute, minimum 20 years' experience including 10 years administrative, financial, academic experience on position(s) of Vice Chancellor/Rector/President/Pro Vice Chancellor/Dean/Chairman/Registrar/Principal in any University/Degree Awarding Institute/College OR BPS-17 & above or equivalent in Public Sector or reputable National/International Private Organization. Category-2: Cadre officer of BPS-21 or above (PAS/Ex-PCS/PSS/PMS), having Master's Degree from HEC recognized university or institute. Category-3: Master's degree preferably Ph.D. in the relevant field with 15 years' experience in academia/intelligentsia or civil society, research or management leadership position and distinguish research and publication record (at least 10 publications in HEC recognized Journals).
Experience
Category-1: Minimum 20 years including 10 years administrative/financial/academic experience. Category-2: Civil service experience at BPS-21 or above. Category-3: 15 years in academia, civil society, research or management leadership.
