Qualifications

MS or equivalent with a minimum of 20 years experience in major projects in planning, designing & execution of heavy civil/mechanical/engineering works, marine/water front port structures & facilities, dredging & reclamation; and marine craft & equipment; of which at least 10 years experience with a major Port Authority in a responsible position. Preference will be given to candidates having higher/port related qualification.
