Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager of Human Resources to join our shipbuilding industry, on contract basis. The Deputy General Manager (HR) will play a key role in managing and leading the HR functions of the organization, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development and overall HR strategy implementation.

| DGM (Human Resources) | 01 | * MBA (Human Resources) from an HEC recognized and reputed university.
- Must have 20 years' relevant experience.
- Must have requisite experience of working in a Semi-government / Corporate Organization, for at least 05 years.
- Must be conversant with relevant HR Rules, Policies & Laws.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Management of HR - related issues, prevalent in Govt / Semi - government Organization.
- Age: Up to 45 years. (Relaxable for extraordinary candidates) |
