The Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital (MTI-KICH) has been declared as a Medical Teaching Institution under the MTI Act-2015 (as amended) by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; and its Board of Governors is committed to develop MTI-KICH & Children Hospital into a specialized state-of-the-art Health Care Institution. Candidate with a Medical Qualification such as MBBS or equivalent, and FCPS/FRCPCH UK or a US Board Certification or equivalent, in Paediatrics and/or its sub-specialties. The candidate will be of National and, preferably, International reputation in his/her field, with at least seven (07) years administrative experience as head of a department, unit, program, or institution, with recognized leadership qualities, a track record in teaching, and a commitment to Medical Education and Research. |

MEDICAL DIRECTOR |
Candidates will have a record of excellence in Clinical Care with a Medical Qualification such as MBBS or equivalent, and FCPS/ FRCPCH UK or a US Board Certification or equivalent, in Paediatrics and/or its sub-specialties and have at least (03) three years' experience in leading a major Hospital Clinical Unit. |
Terms & Conditions:
(i) The Service of the Incumbent will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (as amended) and the MTI Regulations.
(ii) In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time Institutional Employee and will have to submit an accepted Resignation from his/her current employer, local or foreign, including Civil Service of any Government.
(iii) The Candidate will be Disqualified/Terminated if found committing perjury in His/Her Documentation/Credentials at any stage.
(iv) The MTI-KICH & Children Hospital Peshawar has the right to cancel any or all of the Positions advertised.
(v) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the Interview.
(vi) Any candidate may be disqualified and/or excluded from the interview if he/she: (a) is convicted by a Court of Law, (b) has a previous history of dismissal from any service, (c) knowingly furnishes false information or suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification, (d) attempts of obtaining support for his/her candidature by improper means, (e) submits forged certificates/tampers with the entries in his/her age and documents, (f) misbehaves during the interview.
(vii) No TA/DA shall be admissible for the Interview.

(ii) The earlier Job Advertisement dated 03 January, 2026 shall be treated as cancelled in respect of the above-mentioned posts. The earlier applicants fulfilling the above requisite criteria as Pediatrician shall need to apply afresh; but without depositing the Processing Fee again. Their earlier deposit slip shall be considered.
