| Director Procurement | 1 | Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain, or Logistics or Finance from an HEC recognized local or international university. Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement and contract management. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, Rules and Regulations. Government procurement coding, managing procurement finances, and regulations, procurement planning, tendering processes, inventory and supply chain management. Hands-on experience with ERP-based procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is mandatory. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, report writing, and communication skills are essential. Preference shall be given to candidates who have experience in procurement and contract management under Public Private Partnership (PPP) health sector projects, hospital outsourcing, or other large-scale health infrastructure initiatives. | Maximum Age: 45 Years |

Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience in procurement and contract management, including at least 5 years in leading procurement and contract management activities for health sector projects, hospitals, or public sector organizations. Certification in the relevant field will be preferred.

Take a printout of it and proceed to deposit/submit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through OneLink. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with you as it will be required during the test day. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will however be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give portal/credentials to while number. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
