Why Consider a Government Career in KPPSC?
- The candidates who have served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan for a period of not less than 5 years (including the period spent on training) shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from their actual age, and such deduction shall not exceed five years.
- In case of candidates belonging to the backward areas, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by three years.
- In case of candidates who are residents of the areas adjoining the Tribal Areas of the Kohistan District, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by two years.
- Five years general age relaxation has also been granted for all candidates in addition to the relaxation in the upper age limit admissible under the rules.
- No relaxation in the upper age limit is allowed to the candidates belonging to the minority quota.
- The candidates who have obtained higher education i.e. Bachelor, Master, M.Phil, and Ph.D. Degrees/Diploma from a foreign University shall be required to submit Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission at the time of submission of application.
- The candidates who have obtained degrees/certificates/diplomas in the subjects mentioned in the advertisement from institutions other than those recognized by the Higher Education Commission shall not be eligible.
- Experience Certificate must be issued by the employer clearly indicating dates of start and end of employment, nature of job, and pay scale.
- In-service candidates shall route their applications through proper channel.
- Applicants are advised to fill in the online application form carefully in the light of the instructions mentioned on the website and when asked for by the Commission.
- The candidates who have been dismissed or compulsorily retired from Government Service shall not be eligible.
