The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission is pleased to invite applications for the from Pakistani citizens having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 20.02.2025.

Candidates are advised to fill all the columns carefully and preview their application forms for correction if any, before applying.
A candidate shall be entitled for having one domicile only otherwise he / she shall become ineligible.
Documents are not required at the time of submission of application. The same shall be checked in by the Commission after the examination.

Qualification: Degree recognized by a recognized University entitling him / her to practice the profession of law or as a Barrister of England or Ireland or is a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.

Note:
(i) All candidates shall appear for written and/or practical/aptitude/psychological test and interview / viva voce as and when decided by the Commission. The prescribed syllabus is available on office Website: www.kppsc.gov.pk
GENERAL CONDITIONS
(i) A candidate shall submit his/her application online on prescribed form available on the website of the Commission (i.e. www.kppsc.gov.pk) on or before the closing date of advertisement (20.02.2025).
(ii) The candidates shall have to deposit prescribed application fee as per procedure given in para above within due time failing which application will be rejected.
(iii) The candidates must possess recognized degrees / diplomas / experience certificates / testimonials documentarily proved as on the basis of their claim/entries they will be called for Examination/Test.
(iv) Age qualification and domicile fixed for submission of applications online.
(v) The age limit shall be relaxed as per general policy of the Govt:
(vi) The period during which a person has practiced in the Bar, shall be excluded for the purpose of age limit relaxation.
(vii) The person who is Barrister or an Advocate of the High Court and/or the Courts subordinate thereto or is a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland for the purpose of age relaxation while four chances shall be allowed in combination of examinations for the post of Provincial Management Service, Civil Judge cum judicial Magistrate/Alaga Qazi. Only the qualification possessed on the closing date of the advertisement shall be taken into consideration.
(viii) Candidates are advised to submit only one application form online, it will be considered for all quotas whenever is applicable, however, option once exercised in the application form on considered for change.
(ix) A candidate is possessing disability certificate issued by the board or Rehabilitation / District Assessment Board for disabled persons (based on report of standing Medical Board) will be considered valid certificate.
(x) All candidates appearing for competitive examination shall be allowed three chances for one subject he/she will be deemed to have availed the chance.
(xi) The chances shall be counted from the date fixed for receipt of applications. No change of domicile shall not be allowed after the last date fixed for receipt of applications.
(xii) Degrees/testimonials etc. of unrecognized institutions are not accepted.
(xiii) Application change of domicile shall not be allowed in the light of the Govt: Relaxation Doctrine of the Govt: Relaxation.
(xiv) The zonal and merit quotas shall be strictly followed in the allocation of seats. Government has the right to fill any post stands for posts allocated to minority/disable and female quotas. These shall be filled in on merit for posts allocated to minority/disable and female quotas. These shall be filled in on merit basis.
(xv) Option once exercised in the form of zonal and merit quotas will not be changed after the result, however, if he appears in an exam his subject/he/she will be deemed to have availed the chance.
(xvi) No excuse whatsoever is allowed.
(xvii) The candidates shall have to produce the domicile certificate which had been issued to him/her prior to the closing date of advertisement. No candidate shall be entitled to alteration in the entries with regard to domicile certificate after he had submitted application form, otherwise he/she shall become ineligible.
(xviii) In case a candidate is found to be ineligible, the Government service may either adopt the option once exercised in the zonal quota or leave the benefit of the government service. A new application form shall be filed and change of domicile shall not be allowed however, option.
(xix) If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage after the viva for the examination, his/her candidature will be cancelled whether he/she has appeared in the written examination or not.
(xx) Before the interview the Commission will hold psychological / aptitude test and candidates will have to pass them. Candidates are advised to visit the website of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission.
