01. Transplant Surgeon Project Employee Qualifications:
• MBBS degree from a recognized university registered with PMDC/PMRC.
• FCPS/equivalent qualification in relevant specialty (Urology/Nephrology/General Surgery).
• PMDC/PMRC valid specialist registration.
• Command over relevant surgical procedures, transplant immunology, and organ preservation techniques.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years post-FCPS experience as Transplant Surgeon in a reputable high volume transplant setup.
• Documented evidence of independent work (logbook) in both cadaveric and live-related renal transplantation is necessary.
02. Senior Registrar (Transplant Medicine) Project Employee Qualifications:
• MBBS/equivalent degree from a recognized university registered with PMDC/PMRC.
• FCPS/equivalent qualification in Nephrology from a recognized institution.
• PMDC/PMRC valid specialist registration.
Experience:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in a recognized transplant center or relevant teaching institute.
• Experience in managing pre & post-transplant patients including critical care management is necessary.
03. Clinical Coordinator (Transplant) Project Employee Qualifications:
• MBBS/equivalent qualification from a recognized university registered with PMDC/PMRC.
• Preference will be given to candidates who possess a fellowship/training/diploma in clinical research or clinical management.
Experience:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in clinical coordination or project management in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication & organizational skills, experience with data management & regulatory compliance in a clinical research setting are required.
04. Transplant Technologist Project Employee Qualifications:
• Relevant degree (BS/equivalent) from a HEC recognized university/institution.
• Diploma/Certification in Transplant Technology/related field.
Experience:
• 2-3 years experience in a transplant laboratory/histocompatibility lab (HLA Typing, Cross Matching, Flow Cytometry etc.) in a reputable institution.
05. Medical Officer (Transplant) Project Employee Qualifications:
• MBBS/equivalent from a recognized university registered with PMDC/PMRC.
Experience:
• Minimum 1-year house job in a recognized institution with at least 6 months experience in medicine/surgery allied disciplines.
06. Pharmacist Project Employee Qualifications:
• Pharm D. degree from a HEC recognized university.
• Registration with the Pharmacy Council.
Experience:
• Minimum 01 years relevant experience preferably in hospital or retail pharmacy specializing in immunosuppressant medications.
07. Head Nurse Project Employee Qualifications:
• Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
• Generic BSN degree or post-RN BSc Nursing degree.
• Preference will be given to candidates having a specialization in Surgical ICU nursing/Transplant Nursing/related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-registration experience as Head Nurse/Charge Nurse in a reputable hospital with exposure to surgical/ICU/Transplant care settings.
08. Charge Nurse Project Employee Qualifications:
• Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
• Generic BSN degree or post-RN BSc Nursing degree.
• Preference will be given to candidates having a specialization/course/certificate in Transplant Nursing/ICU nursing/related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a reputable hospital with exposure to surgical/ICU/Transplant care settings.
09. Clinical Psychologist Project Employee Qualifications:
• Master's/MPhil degree in Clinical Psychology from a HEC recognized university.
• Valid registration with a recognized psychological association/licensing body.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or medical setting performing psychological assessments and counseling for chronic illness patients.
10. Public Relations Officer Project Employee Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Public Relations/Mass Communication/Journalism from a HEC recognized university.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in public relations/communication role preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), media relations and crisis management experience are essential.
11. Office Assistant Project Employee Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from a HEC recognized university.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or medical setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills are required.
12. Office Research Assistant (Pharmacist) Project Employee Qualifications:
• Pharm D degree from a HEC recognized university.
• Registration with the Pharmacy Council.
Experience:
• Minimum 01 year experience in research/data management preferably in a hospital setting.
13. Data Entry Operator Project Employee Qualifications:
• Intermediate degree from a recognized board.
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in data entry/record management, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong typing skills are required.
14. Drivers Project Employee Qualifications:
• Matric qualification from a recognized board.
• Valid LTV/HTV driving license.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years driving experience, preferably in a hospital or corporate setting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  2. Candidates are required to provide a Comprehensive Resume (CV), covering letter, one passport size photograph, relevant academic/experience credentials, copy of valid PMDC/PMRC/PNC registration certificate (where applicable), and copy of CNIC.

  4. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government institutions should apply through proper channel.
  5. Recruitment will be based on the MTI Act 2015 and regulations of the MTI, KTH.
  6. The duration of the project will be initially for a period of 03 years, extendable based on performance and project needs.
  7. Competitive salary commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered.
  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  9. Shortlisting will be based on academic qualification, experience and test/interview performance.
  10. If a large number of applications are received for any position, a written test may be conducted to shortlist the candidates.
  11. The selection committee reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
  12. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
