Position
Providing secretarial support to the Governance Secretariat.
Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official documents.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Preparing agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings.
Maintaining and updating records, files, and confidential documents.
Handling phone calls, inquiries, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting in drafting and reviewing official documents and reports.
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth workflow.
Performing any other duties assigned by the Secretary BoG.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
