JOB OPPORTUNITY
Kissan Support Services (Pvt) Limited (KSSL) is a Public Sector Company registered with SECP a wholly owned subsidiary company of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) having its Head Office at Islamabad. The company requires the services of a "Managing Director" who will be reporting to Board of Directors of the company. The principal activity of the Company is to provide non-core support services such as supporting manpower, Clerical & Non-Clerical Staff and Security Services on contract basis to ZTBL by exercising appropriate control to make the services efficient and cost effective.

Must possess a graduate degree in business administration, public administration, finance, commerce or marketing or equivalent from a well-reputed institute duly recognized by HEC. Or Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants. |

The candidate should have minimum of 20 years of professional experience in Private Sector/Public Sector/Military Services, 10 years of which should be at Senior Management level in the field of Administration, Business Development, Sales and Marketing etc. Preference will be given to the candidate with experience of management in security company/organization. |

Skills Required |
i. Experience in the management of senior staff, employees and available resources. ii. A high level of business awareness and acumen. iii. Broad understanding of financial management. iv. The incumbent should have required skills set to develop vision, mission and business strategy for KSSL to make it a vibrant and financially sustainable entity. |

Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
i. Administration of immaculate security infrastructure/assets & interests of clients to ensure security across the country. ii. HR Management of contractual workforce. iii. Developing new business prospects, funding new opportunities and determining cost effective business avenues. iv. Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs while ensuring customer support. v. Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress. vi. Promote the well being of staff and implement policies in line with Labour Laws and Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a good working environment. vii. Ensure compliance of regulatory, commercial auditors and other external agencies. |
