**Main Duties:<br> * Manage the procurement of goods, services, and works through supply orders, service contracts, work orders, competitive bidding RFQs<br> * Prepare and distribute RFQs to vendors and develop comparative statements based on vendor quotations<br> * Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal purchasing packages in terms of quality, pricing, delivery, and service.<br> * Prepare purchase/work orders, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure timely signing with vendors.<br> * Track issued purchase orders and provide necessary follow-ups.<br> * Assist in the development, refinement, and improvement of procurement policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals.<br> * Monitor the delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to contractual timelines, inspection and timely payment to vendors.<br> * Anything in same field asked by immediate supervisor/manager<br>Eligibility Criteria:<br> * Minimum three (03) years of hands-on experience in the relevant field and in relevant industry. Experience in drafting and managing different types of procurement documents (RFQs, Comparatives, Purchase Orders, Contracts etc.)<br> * Knowledge of PPRA laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement. Any relevant certifications will be preferred<br> * Experience of importing Supply & Services from foreign Vendors will be preferred<br>Technical Skills:**<br> * Cost analysis, Sourcing, Negotiation/Office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/Experience of using MAXIMO (preferable) |

**Main Duties:<br> * To assist Operation Manager in the calculation of FPFO and LDs Data as per requirement<br> * To compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports.<br> * To assist Operation Manager in planning of operational activities<br> * To assist operation manager in preparation of different documents and reports for Lender Engineers, Power Purchasers etc<br> * Carry out any other tasks as directed from time to time by immediate superior/HOD<br> * To draft letters and make correspondence as per requirement of OM for operation matters.<br> * Any other work/task as per instruction of OM/HOD.<br>Eligibility Criteria:**<br> * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The minimum CGPA required is 3.0.<br> * Candidate should have excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)<br> * Local candidate or candidate who can commute on weekly will be preferred in case he fulfills the criteria.<br> * The maximum age limit at the time of application is 25 years. |
