Position
- Personal Assistant (BS-16)
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
- Qualifications: Second division in English, Management Sciences, or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute with proficiency in MS Office. Experience in the relevant field is preferred.
- Assistant (BS-16)
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
- Qualifications: Second division in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institute with computer knowledge. Experience in the relevant field is preferred.
- Registrar
- Age Limit: 40 to 55 years
- Qualifications: Master’s degree (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. Minimum of ten years of administrative experience in BPS-17 or equivalent.
- Teaching Assistant/Assistant (BS-16)
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
- Qualifications: Master’s degree (second division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Relevant experience is preferred.
- Network Supervisor (BS-14)
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
- Qualifications: Second division in Computer Science/IT from an HEC-recognized institution. Two years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Security Officer (BS-16)
- Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
- Qualifications: Retired JCO/NCO from armed forces with excellent service record.
- Deputy Estate Officer (BS-16)
- Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (second division) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution. Five years of post-qualification administrative experience is required.

- Qualifications: DAE (second division) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.

- Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience or Intermediate with ten years of relevant experience.

- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
- Qualifications: Higher Secondary School Certificate with proficiency in MS Office and typing speed of 30 WPM.
