JOB OPPORTUNITIES
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority (KP-MTRA) is an autonomous body, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority Act, 2014. The Authority aims to regulate, monitor, and control all transplantation activities of human organs, tissues, and cells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including newly merged districts, for the following vacant position:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, He/She will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token form ETEA website and get the CNIC No. verified from any NADRA-E-Sahulat franchise. Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Interview call letters will be issued to the shortlisted candidates only.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- The screening test conducted by ETEA, shall be for the purpose of shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Incomplete application and application received after due dates will not be entertained.
- The candidates working in Government/semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Irrelevant experience shall not be considered for eligibility.
- Appointment will be made on a regular basis in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Transplantation Regulatory Authority Employees (Terms & Conditions of Service) Policy.
- Age shall be reckoned on the last date of submission of applications. Age relaxation will be granted as per KP MTRA Employees (Terms & Conditions of Service) Policy.
- Regulatory Authority reserves the right to cancel the advertisement, recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
- The candidate shall provide equivalency certificates issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in case of a foreign degree or a national qualification claimed as equivalent.
- Error/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification and number of vacancies can be increased/decreased.
- Shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of interview.
- The verification fee of each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidate, in case of fake/miss information/documents were found, their appointment order will be cancelled automatically.
HOW TO APPLY
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 15th January, 2026
- Last date for submission of online Application is 31st January, 2026
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
- Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
- No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
