Position Details
- Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Company Secretary (CS)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Location: Peshawar, Pakistan
- Tenure: 3-year contract (extendable)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance (HEC recognized) OR qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role in a public sector company (with assets of 5 billion rupees or more).
- Skills: Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, large-scale financial controls, and SAP/ERP implementation is highly desirable.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide corporate financial leadership and enforce financial discipline.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and annual reporting.
- Manage project financing through international and local financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with International Accounting Standards (IFRS) and SECP regulations.
- Handle power sector regulatory affairs and tariff petitions (NEPRA).
- Act as the primary coordinator for the Board of Directors and its committees.
