Qualifications

1. Degree in Law from a recognized University entitling practice as an advocate, or member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland. 2. A practicing Advocate of High Court and subordinate courts with minimum practice of ten years, counted from the date of registration with any Bar Association as per Rules 7.10 & 7.18 of the Punjab Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 2023, fulfilling criteria under Rule-7 of Punjab Judicial Service Rules, 1994. 3. Age: not less than thirty-five years and not more than forty-five years as on 16.11.2026.

Experience

Minimum ten years of practice as an Advocate of the High Court and subordinate courts, counted from date of registration with any Bar Association.

Pay Scale

BS-20 with all fringe benefits
