Heritage Expert/ Architect (PPS-10) |
Ph.D./ M.Phil. in Architectural Conservation or Heritage Management from an HEC/ PCATP-recognized institution will be preferred. Must be registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP). |
Minimum 7 years relevant experience in architectural design and conservation. Proven track record of working on conservation/ restoration of historical buildings/sites. Experience with Government, donor-funded, or international heritage projects will be a significant advantage. |

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in public sector development projects or donor-funded programs. Demonstrated experience in designing M&E systems, logical frameworks, and evaluation methodologies. Field-level experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is highly desirable. |
