Masters in Management Sciences or Equivalent
Experience
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry; at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager of a hotel or hospitality property; proven track record in pre-opening, opening and successful operationalization of new hotel properties; strong leadership capabilities with proven expertise in operations, financial management, commercial strategy, business development and managing multidisciplinary teams; strong expertise in developing and implementing SOPs, operational strategies, service standards and quality assurance frameworks; comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, guest experience, sales, marketing and business development; demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; strong commercial acumen with the ability to work effectively with ownership, senior management, consultants, vendors and other key stakeholders.
