Secretary General	1	Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute	Maximum 62 years

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute. Strong leadership, strategic planning, governance, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience

15-20 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive/leadership position. Proven experience in organizational leadership, financial management, audits, donor compliance, governance, and humanitarian/disaster response. Experience with National/International Humanitarian organizations or comparable institutions shall be considered a strong preference/advantage.
