Position Overview
- Post: Principal (01 position)
- Pay Package: PKR 175,000/- (Lump Sum)
- Duration: 2 Years (Contract), including a 6-month probation period
- Location: Lodhran Public School & College, Lodhran

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a school subject (1st Division) with a B.Ed or M.Ed.
- Preference for candidates with an M.Phil or PhD.
- Experience:
- 10 years of verifiable administrative experience in a reputable educational institution.
- 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution.
- Preference for those with experience as a Principal in Public Sector/DPS/Army/Cadet schools.
- Age Limit: 40 – 55 years (No relaxation).
- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
- Key Competencies: Leadership ability, strong knowledge of the educational system, teacher mentoring skills, and excellent English communication and computer skills (mandatory). Retired Army personnel may also apply.
