Circular for Recruitment of Daily Paid Labor (Daily Wager)
The public is informed that during the development scheme for the financial year 2026-27 titled "Productivity Enhancement in (Agri. 22036-PC) Mango Sector of Punjab", temporary individuals holding a Punjab domicile are required as daily paid laborers (Skilled / Un-skilled) to work in various fields for different durations under the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates will be hired strictly on a temporary basis. Extensions or terminations will depend on the volume of work and the available budget.
- Daily wagers will perform their duties in any district of Punjab.
- For a daily wager, the candidate must be physically healthy and know how to perform field/hoeing work.
- Selected candidates will be paid daily wages according to the rate approved by the Deputy Commissioner Multan, strictly for the days they work.
- The Head of the Department / Project Manager will employ the selected personnel according to the requirements of the work.
- In case of unsatisfactory work, the Head of the Department / Project Manager reserves the right to cancel the appointment of any candidate at any time.
- Selected candidates will have no right to claim regular appointment under any circumstances.
- No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be paid by the department for coming or going.
Application Instructions
Interested individuals can submit a handwritten application along with a photocopy of their National Identity Card (CNIC) to the undersigned below at the Office of the Principal Scientist (Horticulture), Mango Research Institute, Multan, until August 13, 2026, during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
Applications received after the due date will not be processed, so scrutiny and selection of eligible candidates can be completed on time. Only successful candidates will be informed via telephone.
