Terms and Conditions
- The recruitment for work-charged / contingent paid staff will be done keeping in view the qualifications according to Serial No. (8) of the PAMRA Regulations 2026.
- The appointment will be strictly on a work-charge basis under section 75 including PAMRA Regulations 2026.
- Recruitment will be done strictly on merit according to the government's recruitment policy and work-charged / contingent paid staff policy. This appointment will be temporary. There will be no right to regularization or permanent status.
- Work-charged / contingent paid staff will be called upon occasionally during the financial year according to the requirement.
- Work-charged / contingent paid staff will not be allowed to take leave without prior notice.
- The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the work-charged / contingent paid staff at any time.
