It is informed to the general public that the Market Committee, Layyah requires Contingent Paid Staff for the year 2026-27. Applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing local domicile. The details of the positions are as follows:

Terms and Conditions
- Recruitment of Contingent Paid Staff will be done keeping in view the daily wages fixed under PAMRA Regulations, 2021.
- Appointment will be purely on daily wage basis for a minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 75 days (extendable up to 89 days as per Schedule of 2025), which is approved by the Department of Agriculture, Government of Punjab.
- Recruitment will be done in accordance with the current recruitment policy and Work Charged Policy / Contingent Paid Staff Policy of the Government. This recruitment is temporary and will have no connection with permanent appointment or regularization.
- The Contingent Paid Staff can be terminated at any time during the financial year according to requirements, without any prior notice.
- Selected Contingent Paid Staff can be deployed anywhere under the jurisdiction of Market Committee, Layyah, including sub-market yards.
- The Contingent Paid Staff will be given leaves according to the prescribed rules and regulations of the Government.
- The Contingent Paid Staff will not be allowed to join any union or organizational activity.
- The competent authority has the right to reject any application or cancel the Contingent Paid Staff recruitment at any time.
