Terms and Conditions
- Work charge / daily wage staff will be recruited keeping in mind their skills according to the Punjab Market Committees Regulation Act 2026.
- The recruitment will be strictly on a work-charge basis (89 days) under the Schedule of Wages 2025, which is approved by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab.
- According to the government’s daily wager/work-wager policy, wages will be paid based on standard daily wage scales. These positions are purely temporary and will not grant any right to permanent or regular appointment.
- During the context of daily wage/work charge staff services, they can be terminated at any time based on the requirement.
- Selected daily wage/work charge staff will be posted anywhere under the jurisdiction of the Market Committee Sahiwal for recovery or field duties.
- Work charge/daily wage staff will be granted leaves according to government rules for daily wagers.
- Work charge/daily wage staff will not be allowed to form or join any union.
- No authority will have the power to retain work charge/daily wage staff beyond the permitted time.
- Employees who are already working can also re-apply through this advertisement, provided they meet the criteria.
