• The hiring of work-charged contingent staff will be done strictly on merit according to the Government of Punjab Recruitment Policy 2021.

• The recruitment is entirely on a daily wage / work-charged basis for a specific period (75 days) for the financial year 2026, which is approved by the Government of Punjab, Local Government Department.

• The recruitment will be done under the government's current recruitment policy. The hired staff will have no right to claim regular or permanent appointment in the future.

• Work-charged contingent staff will be paid daily wages according to the schedule based on actual working days and requirement.

• Work-charged contingent staff will be granted leaves during the duty period as per government rules.

• Work-charged contingent staff will not be allowed to interfere in official matters or look into secret records.

• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in the relevant field.

• The competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel the recruitment process of work-charged contingent staff at any time.

• Interested candidates must submit their application along with an educational certificate, domicile, CNIC, and two passport-sized photographs to the Office of the Market Committee, Minchinabad, during office hours by 25-07-2026.
