Advertisement for Recruitment of Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff
The general public is hereby informed that the Market Committee Phalia requires Contingent Paid staff for the financial year 2026-27. Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a domicile of the Punjab province. The details of the vacancies are as follows:

Terms and Conditions:
- The skills of Daily Paid / Contingent Paid staff will be registered/tested according to the Punjab Market Committees Regulations 2026.
- The recruitment will be strictly under the Contingent Paid (89 days) Schedule of Wages 2025, which will be paid after approval from the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab.
- Recruitment will be done according to the government's recruitment policy and Market Committee Contingent Paid Staff Policy on a purely merit basis. This recruitment is temporary and does not grant any right for permanent appointment or regularisation.
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid staff will be hired and terminated based on need during the financial year.
- Selected Daily Paid / Contingent Paid staff can be posted anywhere under the jurisdiction of the Market Committee Phalia as per requirement.
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid staff will be paid monthly wages according to the rates fixed by the government.
- Daily Paid / Contingent Paid staff will not be allowed to form any union or association.
- The competent authority reserves the right to terminate any Daily Paid / Contingent Paid staff member at any time without prior notice.
