Advertisement for Recruitment of Daily Paid / Contingent Paid Staff

It is hereby informed to the general public that the Market Committee Sargodha requires daily paid / contingent paid staff for the financial year 2026-27. Applications are invited from candidates holding a domicile of the Punjab province. However, preference will be given to residents of Sargodha city. The details of the vacancies are as follows:

Terms & Conditions

• Recruitment of daily paid / contingent paid staff will be done keeping in view their eligibility and merit according to the Punjab Market Regulations 2026.

• The appointments will be made purely on a work-charge basis for 89 days under clause 8(2) of the Punjab Market Committee Regulations 2026, according to the Schedule of Wage Rates 2025 approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.

• Recruitment will be done purely on merit by the Recruitment Committee formed by the competent authority, in accordance with the issued recruitment policy. These appointments will be temporary and will not grant any right to regular appointment or permanent regularization.

• Daily paid / contingent paid staff will be called for duty as and when required during the financial year.

• Candidates selected for daily paid staff can be posted anywhere within the administrative boundaries or sub-offices under the Market Committee Sargodha.

• Salaries of the daily paid staff will be paid after approval under the budget head of Contingent Paid Staff, from the budget allocated by the Director General Industries and Director Administration.

• Daily paid / contingent paid staff will not be allowed to leave the station without prior information.

• The competent authority reserves the right to dismiss daily paid staff at any time without notice.

Interested candidates (male/female) can submit their applications along with attested copies of their National Identity Card (CNIC), educational certificates, and experience certificates during office hours by July 27, 2026, at the Office of the Market Committee, 9-New Block, Grain Market (Galla Mandi), Sargodha. Eligible candidates will be informed about the interview as per requirement.
