Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be a Pakistani national, including citizens from Azad Kashmir.
- Marital Status: Unmarried individuals only.
- Educational Requirements: 4th-year MBBS students from recognized institutions.
- Physical Standards: Candidates must meet the physical standards set by the Pakistan Army.
Selection Process
The selection process for the M-Cadet program is thorough and rigorous, ensuring only the best candidates are chosen.
- Physical Tests:
- 1.6 km Run: Complete within 8 minutes.
- Push-ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes.
- Sit-ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes.
- Chin-ups: 3 repetitions in 2 minutes.
- Ditch Crossing: 7’4″ x 7’4″ with a depth of 4′.
- Preliminary Medical Tests:
- Conducted at Army Selection and Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs).
- Candidates must present attested photocopies of required documents.
- Intelligence and Personality Tests:
- Administered by AS&RCs and General Headquarters (GHQ).
- Includes interviews and other assessments to evaluate suitability.
- Registration at AS&RCs:
- Candidates must register and undergo initial medical tests at AS&RCs.
