VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Applications are invited for the post of Medical Director MTI-HMC Peshawar and affiliate/constituent institutes with the following criteria:

Qualification and Experience
|
A recognized medical degree with a record of excellence in clinical care and at least three years' experience in leading a major hospital clinical unit in any clinical discipline, including medicine and its subspecialties, surgery and its subspecialties, paediatrics and its subspecialties/ gynaecology, radiology and its subspecialties, radiology and imaging services, pathology, and any other major clinical units. The Medical Director, on appointment, will simultaneously receive a faculty appointment at a level commensurate with his/her qualifications in keeping with the institutional requirements for the faculty post.

Responsibilities
|
Ensuring clinical excellence across all hospital functions; overseeing timely and appropriate patient management; striving for optimal patient outcomes; implementing clinical governance and quality control: assessing and auditing existing clinical programs and developing new ones: preparing the annual clinical budget.

|
Five (05) Years.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
- Application Forms are available on HMC website i.e. http://www.hmckp.gov.pk and Bank Draft/Payment Order of Rs.2,000/- in favor of Hospital Director-MTI-HMC or through direct deposit in Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Receipt Account, Branch Code 0185, A/C Number@PLS00060-00-2.
- Applications accompanied with complete bio-data and academic / experience / domicile certificates along with 02 recent photographs. Bank Draft / Payment Order and CNIC photocopy duly attested, must reach the Office of the Secretary, Board of Governor, MTI-HMC within 15 working days of the first date of publication of this advertisement on a prescribed form.
- The applications duly completed with supported attested documents should reach personally or through registered couriers service to undersigned on or before due date of closing.
- Their services will be governed, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (as amended) and MTI Policy Board Regulations.
- In case of in-service or retired civil/ government servants relevant government rules and regulations shall also apply.
- All applications must be routed through proper channel, including NOCs from competent supervising authorities. In case of selection the civil servant has to resign from his/her government job.
- An application after the closing time and date, notified after advertisement, shall stand rejected.
- Scrutiny Committee shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete. However, the aggrieved candidates can appeal to the competent authority of HMC (BOG) for review. The decision of the competent authority shall be final.
- Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview if he/she were (a) Convicted by the court of law. (b) Dismissed from public service. (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information. (d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification. (e) Attempts to obtain support for his/her (candidature by improper means). (f) Submits forged certificates. (g) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates. (h) Misbehaves in the interview.
- Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA is allowed for Interview.
- The competent authority (BOG) reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and selection process altogether and re-advertise the post.
