Vacant Positions and Qualifications

S.#	Position	Qualification & Experience
1.	Associate Director	Bachelor's in Public Admin, Health Mgmt, IT, or Law (Master's preferred). At least 10 years post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a senior role.
2.	Quality Assurance Officer	Master's in Social, Health, or Numerical Sciences. 3–4 years experience in QA. Knowledge of ISO, HCC, and JCI standards is preferred.
3.	Quality Assurance Assistant	Master's/BS in health-related subjects. Certificate in healthcare quality and previous hospital QA experience/internship preferred.
4.	Senior Project Manager	Experience leading Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) teams. Skilled in planning, risk management, and inter-facility coordination.
5.	Junior Project Manager	Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Project Management. 2–4 years of relevant project experience.
