Medical Teaching Institution, Bannu has been designated as autonomous institution with a Board of Governors prescribed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Act 2015 (amended). It invites applications for the following post on contract basis:

**Qualification:<br>i. Master/MBA Degree (Sixteen years Education) with specialization in Human Resource from HEC recognized University.<br>ii. Candidates having MS/MPhil Degree (18 years education) in HR shall have an advantage.<br>iii. National/International HRM Membership/certifications shall have an advantage.<br>Experience:**<br>i. Minimum Eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in the field of HRM at a reputed public/private-sector organization including Five (5) years in HR leadership role i.e Director/CHRO/Head of HR or Deputy Director/Manager HR).<br>ii. HRM experience at large Healthcare Institution shall be preferred.<br>iii. Candidate should be familiar with HRMIS, Microsoft Office and file management.

Note:
- Any Attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant; the decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.

Terms & Conditions:
- The services of the incumbents will be governed under the MTI Act 2015 (as amended) and the Regulations as made thereunder.
- The candidates if selected, will have to submit accepted resignation from their existing employment with any other entity local or abroad including, but not limited to civil service of the Government.
- Selection process will be made by the selection committee constituted by the Board and the appointment shall be made by the BoG.
