The Gormal Medical College, Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital and DHQ Teaching Hospital DiKhan are the component parts of MTI DIKhan, notified by Provincial Government under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (amended). The BOG MTI DIKhan has been pleased to hire the services of qualified professionals for the following position.
SECRETARY BOARD OF GOVERNORS MTI DIKHAN
Qualification
- Master Degree in Management Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience
- Minimum Three (03) years' relevant experience in public sector or corporate organization.
- Excellent communication skills with full command on written and spoken English and Urdu.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality
- Broad knowledge of MTI Act & Regulations and experience in employment law, applicable government rules, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations and training and development.
- Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling of work.
i. Retired civil servants with Secretary Level Experience can also apply.
ii. Retired-Arm Forces (Major & above Rank) can also apply
iii. The Candidate who has familiarity with Medical and Health Terminologies.
Responsibilities
The Secretary to the Board shall be an employee of the Board, who shall perform all secretarial and office functions of the Board at the directions of the Chairperson, and would be responsible for recording minutes of the Board meetings, convening Board meetings, carrying out communication with all Board members and all other functions as may be prescribed by the Board or the Chairperson.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The above-mentioned position holders after selection will be responsible to carry out their duties in light of MTI Act and Regulations 2019 MTI DIKhan.
- Attractive salary package with fringe benefits would be offered to the selected persons.
- Selection will be made by of Selection committees constituted by the Board and on its recommendation the appointment will be made by the BOG.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview by the Selection Committee.
- Application processing fee @ Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) through bank receipt/draft deposit in the Bank of Khyber MTI Branch DHQ TH MTI DIKhan (Hospital Branch) A/C No. 0004-2007941105 (MTI DIKhan) in the name of Hospital Director DHQ Teaching Hospital MTI DIKhan. (Fee can be submitted all over Bank of Khyber branches in Pakistan).
- Cheque/Pay order will not be acceptable.
