All jobs are on contract basis. KP MTI Act 2015 (as amended from time to time), MTI rules and regulations apply. Selection procedure: a) Short listing based on screening test and educational qualifications and relevant experience as per BOG AMTI approved criteria. b) Minimum 70 percent passing interview marks as approved by competent authority. c) Average aggregate of interview marks considered. d) Selection committee recommends names to competent authority AMTI as per criteria including pre-interview and interview marks. e) Competent authority issues offer letters to recommended candidates.
