POSITIONS ANNOUNCEMENT AT MTI DIKHAN
The Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) DIKhan, comprising Gomal Medical College, Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, and DHQ Teaching Hospital, invites application from eligible Male/Female candidates for appointment against the following vacant post at MTI Dikhan.
NURSING DIRECTOR-MTI DIKHAN (FULL TIME)
Qualification/Experience
- Qualified Nurse with an advance degree in Nursing Nursing) having current Nursing Councils Registration, preferably MSCN with at least seven years Administrative and Teaching experience in a reputable Health Care Facility
Main Responsibilities
- The Nursing Director shall be responsible for all Nursing functions including training of Nursing, ensuring adequate Nursing staffing for all clinical need, and maintaining the highest Nursing standard and performing regular audits of Nursing functions.
- She/he shall be responsible to the Board.
- He/ She shall not have any conflict of interest with such a position.
- He/ She shall perform such other functions as prescribed by the Board.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Short listing will be done based on educational qualifications and relevant experience.
- Only Shortlisted Candidates will be called for interview before the Selection & Recruitment committee.
- The applicants are informed that they can only be selected if they are readily available for position (to be confirmed during interview).
- Only those Government Servants will be interviewed who will render a "Willingness Certificate" to leave service and become MTI D.I. Khan employee, immediately on selection.
- The committee will recommend names to the BOG MTI D.I. Khan for final Approval.

HOW TO APPLY:
- All roles and responsibilities of the position along with the method of selection and appointment shall be in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015 (amendment from time to time/Regulations MTI), as well as MTI-DIKhan Regulations 2019.
- Incomplete and late submitted applications will not be entertained.
- Those candidates who have already applied for the position of Nursing Director at MTI DIKhan will need to apply again.
- Applications accompanied with complete Job Application Form, Covering Letter, Academic Credentials, Qualification, Experience, NOC (if required), Domicile certificates / along with 02 passport size photographs with white background and CNIC photocopy duly attested with respective original bank deposit slip/bank draft must be received to the Office of Board of Governors MTI D.I.Khan.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects and all required relevant educational documents including qualification (Degree and Diploma), experience (only post qualification experience will be considered which is duly issued by the competent authority).
- The appointment of Nursing Director will be on contract basis for a period of 05 years, renewable as per MTI Act-2015 (Amended time to time) and MTI DIKhan Regulations-2019.
- Scrutiny Committee shall be competent to reject any application that is incomplete or received after the due date.
- Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant, the decision of selection committee will be final subject to approval by the Board of Governors. After a final decision no correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
- Candidates must apply through proper channel if he/she working in Government/Semi Government organizations and must provide valid NOC before selection process.
- In case of appointment, the candidate will become a full-time, institutional employee and will have to resign from his/her existing employment with any other entity national or foreign, including, but not limited to civil services of the Government.
- If the resignation from civil service is not accepted within the probation period, the employment shall stand terminated ab initio. Civil servants on long leave from civil service must not apply.
- An attractive salary package and benefits based upon the qualification and experience of the appointee will be offered to the selected candidate.
- Application processing fee @ Rs.2000/- (non-refundable) through bank receipt/draft deposit in the Bank of Khyber MTI Branch DHQ TH MTI DIKhan (Hospital Branch) A/C No. 0004-2007941105 (MTI DIKhan) in the name of Hospital Director DHQ Teaching Hospital MTI DIKhan. (Fee can be submitted all over Bank of Khyber branches in Pakistan).
- Applications should reach the office of the Board of Governors MTI DIKhan within 15 days of publication of advertisement in the newspapers.
- The Medical Teaching Institution DiKhan reserves the right to cancel the advertisement or Selection Process or Re-advertise the position or revoke hiring process at any stage.
