How to Apply

Candidates must appear before the selection committee with a one-page CV, duly filled job application form, attested copies of academic/experience certificates, CNIC, and 02 passport-size photographs. Job Application Form may be downloaded from the official website: www.qhamc.gov.pk. Registration for walk-in interview starts from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Original documents will be checked by the selection committee at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be allowed. Engagement is on Locum (temporary) basis for six months or till arrival of new incumbent, extendable on need basis.
