- Qualification:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Islamic Finance.
- Job Description:
- Act as an ambassador for customers' voice within the bank.
- Handle end-to-end customer queries and complaints, from initial lodgment to resolution.
- Thoroughly investigate customer concerns and address them in both the letter and spirit of the policy.
