HIRING OF CONSULTANT/ARCHITECT SERVICES

The following documents must be attached with the application:
Preliminary design/proposal for the "Optimum utilization of land comprising existing office building, Cantt House, CB Staff Colony, and CB Workshop located in Svy No.63/A and Svy No.63-B-1 Salahuddin Road Hyderabad Cantt"
Company's Profile including CNICs.
Valid Registration Certificate of PCATP and PEC.
List of Permanent Staff.
List of equipment, Tools, and IT gadgets.
List of projects completed during the last ten years (TP, Architecture, infrastructure).
List of projects presently in hand.
Financial stability certificate issued by the concerned Bank.
Tax Registrations with relevant authorities.
Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private firm ever.
Copy of Bank Certificate issued by the relevant Bank.
Job description, TORs, and Financial Proposal Forms are obtainable from the Office of Cantonment Board Hyderabad on or before March 26, 2025.
Note: 2% Bid security of the financial bid should be attached with the financial proposal.
