How to Apply?
- The following documents must be attached with the application:
- Preliminary design/proposal for the "Optimum utilization of land comprising existing office building, Cantt House, CB Staff Colony, and CB Workshop located in Svy No.63/A and Svy No.63-B-1 Salahuddin Road Hyderabad Cantt"
- Company's Profile including CNICs.
- Valid Registration Certificate of PCATP and PEC.
- List of Permanent Staff.
- List of equipment, Tools, and IT gadgets.
- List of projects completed during the last ten years (TP, Architecture, infrastructure).
- List of projects presently in hand.
- Financial stability certificate issued by the concerned Bank.
- Tax Registrations with relevant authorities.
- Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private firm ever.
- Copy of Bank Certificate issued by the relevant Bank.
- Job description, TORs, and Financial Proposal Forms are obtainable from the Office of Cantonment Board Hyderabad on or before March 26, 2025.
- Note: 2% Bid security of the financial bid should be attached with the financial proposal.
