Note:
02- Candidates fulfilling the above conditions should apply for the above posts on the Government of Sindh job portal http://sjp.sindh.gov.pk.
(i) Applicants must have successfully passed the graduation and matriculation categories conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks and hold a valid results certificate issued by STS, as provided for in the appointment rules for the above posts - 7 (Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD) 5-64/2301(Part-II) dated 20-03-2025 of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department).
(ii) The share of the quota reserved for initial appointment will be adhered to according to the rules/policy of the Government of Sindh.
(iii) Applicants already in government service should obtain an NOC from their department before submitting the application and bring the original NOC at the time of the interview to submit to the departmental selection committee.
(iv) Appointments will be made under the policy notified by the Government of Sindh dated 26-04-2023 and the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
(v) Candidates will have to appear before the departmental selection committee with original documents for interviews as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.
(vi) No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
