Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized University or Foreign institution, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. 2. Additional weightage will be given to candidates possessing procurement-related qualifications, certifications, diplomas, or professional training from reputable local or international institutions. 3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 4. Proficiency in English & Urdu, both written and spoken.
Experience
1. Minimum Ten (10) years (after acquiring stipulated qualification) of professional experience in procurement management of goods, works non-consulting and consulting Services, using international/national/sub-national or private sector rules/regulations. Prior experience in power sector will be accorded due weightage. 2. Hands-on experience in the use of any of the procurement software. 3. Strong knowledge of public procurement regulatory, audit and assurance procedures in a procurement role will be required.
